stickers:
When placing your sticker, plan ahead and apply it to a clean, dry surface. Take your time, making sure there are no bubbles or ripples. Gently use a credit card to smooth any ripples if you make a mistake.
Our stickers are so sticky that you can even carefully remove, adjust, and reapply them within a 5-minute window of the first application, but peel very slowly to avoid tearing. To preserve the life of your stickers, don’t let them soak in water or run through the dishwasher.
apparel:
-Machine wash: warm
-Tumble dry: low heat;
-Iron, steam or dry: medium heat;
-Do not dry-clean.
shipping
shipping faqs:
All items ship via USPS or UPS. Shipping prices vary per item and amount of items. Orders of $75+ ship FREE.
Sticker orders ship for free with a stamp, so tracking is not available. If your sticker order does not arrive withing 21 days of shipping, we will mark it as lost and replace your order.
Apparel, drink ware, accessories, and home goods are printed and drop-shipped via Printify vendors. Processing time is 5-8 business days and shipping times take up to 7 days, though most of the time items ship sooner than expected!
Stickers, hand painted items, prints, and more are shipped from in house. Processing time takes up to 4-10 business days and shipping times may take 2-7 days. Some products are made on demand. There is one person behind it all. :)
damaged/lost orders:
Oh no! The USPS is typically pretty good, but sometimes
mistakes happen! If your package hasn't arrived, please wait 48 hours, usually packages arrive in that time slot. You can also call your local post office (not the 800 number) and they will be able to help you track it.
We cannot replace packages due to the wrong address, so please make sure your address is correct at checkout.
If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact your local post office and your neighbors. If you are still unable to locate it, we will require a new address to re-ship your order.
returns
We do not accept returns. Apparel items can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Buyer may buy shipping label to return item to store and once the item is received, a replacement item will ship out.
All non-apparel and clearance items are final sale.

If you are interested in a personalized design or custom size, please send us a message via the contact form or at brushedbybethy@gmail.com and we'll be happy to work with you. We love hearing sticker ideas from our customers, and we have debuted quite a few new designs as a result of customer feedback and questions. If we decide to add your idea to our product line, there just might be a special discount code to reward your creativity. :) We also take name drop and custom sticker design requests for retailers to purchase wholesale, just send us a message!
